The Vice President of Food and Nutrition Security will provide strategic leadership for the implementation and evolution of the Hunger Relief Strategic Plan, advancing food and nutrition security across Palm Beach County. The VP will convene and mobilize community, government, nonprofit, and private-sector partners to address food insecurity and connect hunger relief efforts with broader work in economic mobility, housing stability, education, and health. Through a collective impact approach, the VP will drive sustainable solutions that strengthen community well-being and advance equitable outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in hunger relief, human services, community development, food systems, public health, or a related field. • Lived experience with food insecurity, poverty, or related community challenges, or demonstrated experience partnering with individuals with lived experience to inform equitable program and systems design. • Proven experience leading cross-sector partnerships, collective impact initiatives, and communitydriven strategies. • Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives and engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. • Strong understanding of food security, hunger relief systems, and related public policy issues. • Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Ability to leverage data and evaluation findings to drive strategy, measure impact, and communicate results. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, grant management, and budget oversight. • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
