Job Aggregation & Data Use
The Job Feed aggregates publicly available job postings from third-party sources. Details regarding our aggregation practices, data sources, attribution, and opt-out process are described in our Job Aggregation & Data Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
By using The Job Feed platform, you accept and agree to the terms outlined in both this Terms of Service and the Job Aggregation & Data Use Policy.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Not posting false, misleading, or discriminatory content
- Respecting the intellectual property rights of others
Employer Services
Employers using our paid services agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Pay fees as agreed for premium services
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
Refund Policy
Refunds for job postings and premium services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
Limitation of Liability
The Job Feed is not liable for any employment decisions made by employers or any outcomes resulting from job applications or career services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
