Community Curator Program Terms

Program Purpose

The Job Feed Community Curator Program invites community members to submit job opportunities in the sustainable food sector. By participating, you help build a comprehensive, mission-driven job board that supports career discovery in this space.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

As a community curator, you:

• Warrant that the job posting is publicly available and you have the right to submit it for aggregation
• Warrant that submitted content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Warrant that submissions are accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• Acknowledge that The Job Feed may display, distribute, and link to the publicly available job information
• Agree that The Job Feed may edit, modify, or reformat submissions for clarity and consistency
• Acknowledge that The Job Feed reserves the right to reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion

Content Moderation

The Job Feed reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or decline any submitted job posting that:

• Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violates applicable employment or anti-discrimination laws
• Includes offensive, defamatory, or abusive language
• Violates the rights of any third party
• Falls outside the scope of The Job Feed's mission (sustainable food sector)
• Contains spam or promotional content unrelated to genuine job opportunities

No Employment Relationship

Your participation as a community curator does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture with The Job Feed. You are not entitled to employment benefits, and your participation is entirely voluntary.

Limitation of Liability

The Job Feed is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job information you submit
• How employers use job submissions or respond to applicants
• Any disputes between job seekers and employers regarding posted opportunities
• Technical errors or delays in posting, displaying, or removing submissions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Job Feed, its owners, operators, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your submission of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized job information
• Third-party claims that your submissions infringe on intellectual property rights
• Your violation of these terms or applicable law
• Any employment dispute or legal action involving information you submitted

Data Privacy

Any personal information you provide during the submission process is subject to The Job Feed's Privacy Policy. We will not share your contact information with employers unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.

Termination

The Job Feed reserves the right to remove a curator from the program and reject future submissions if:

• You violate these terms
• You repeatedly submit inaccurate or fraudulent information
• You engage in abusive or disruptive conduct
